Chartering Information / Policies
- Rates include a USCG Master Captain, Mate, fuel used, bottled water, and ice.
- Six guests boarding is our maximum (this includes babies and children)
- No pets
- We are not a wheelchair accessible vessel at this time
- Swimming is NOT permitted due to USCG safety regulations
- No black-soled shoes (we want to protect our decks)
- Captain has the right to return the vessel to port and discharge persons under the influence
- Cruise times include boarding /cruising/docking
- 20% deposit due 30 days prior to departure, final payment due the day of charter.
- Full refund or a rescheduled date if cancellation is due to inclement weather.
- Cancelation Policy – the deposit will NOT be refunded if there is a no-show or a cancellation (not due to weather) within 72 hours of the scheduled charter.
- Parking is at the north end of the marina, then you will walk a very short distance to our boat in Slip E11. (You can unload items/passengers at the boat, then go park your vehicle). Our crew will help them aboard the boat.
- Gratuity is appreciated if we earn it!
What to Bring
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- Hat
- Snacks/drinks (coolers welcome – we have plenty of room)
- Lip balm with sunscreen
- Binoculars
- Sweater (Seneca breezes can sometimes be chilly)
- BYOB (Captain will monitor for modest consumption)
- Food (unless you have arranged catering through us)
What NOT to Bring
- Marijuana (we know it’s legal, but not on our boat!)
- Any ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE (we have a zreo-tolerance policy)
- Cigarettes / Cigars / Pipes (we are a non-smoking cruise)
- Weapons of any kind
- Pets (sorry, we are not able to accommodate any pets aboard)
